GreenTech Air Balancing serves Gatineau — Hull, Aylmer, Gatineau sector, Buckingham, Masson-Angers — and the Outaouais (Chelsea, Cantley, Val-des-Monts, La Pêche) from our base in Kanata, a few minutes across the river. We deliver independent HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB): air balancing in CFM and L/s, hydronic balancing in GPM and L/s, duct leakage testing, fume hood testing, clinic ventilation (ACH) verification and commercial kitchen hood / make-up air balancing — with reports written in French or English, as the engineer, the inspector or the owner prefers.
In Gatineau, our work includes the Natural Heritage Campus — museum collection and conservation facilities where airflow, temperature and humidity must stay within tight limits — balanced completely, air and water. Québec projects are quoted and delivered in French when requested, with the same AABC/NEBB methodology and the same report structure used on our Ontario work: measured vs design values, percentage of design, fan and pump data, deficiencies and limitations. Contractors and engineers working on both sides of the river appreciate having one TAB firm, one report format and one phone number — (819) 329-9551 for Gatineau, (613) 263-7916 for Ottawa.
Call (819) 329-9551 or send us the drawings — quotation usually within one business day, in French or English.

We begin with a detailed review of the HVAC systems to understand design intent, current operating conditions, and performance gaps. Our team evaluates airflow, waterflow, static pressure, and control sequences to establish an accurate baseline before any adjustments are made.
Using industry-standard TAB instruments, we perform precise field measurements across the entire system — diffusers, grilles, VAV boxes, terminal units, hydronic loops, and mechanical equipment. Each measurement follows recognized balancing procedures to ensure repeatable and reliable results.
Once optimal performance is achieved, we compile a comprehensive report including measured data, compliance verification, system observations, and corrective recommendations. Our documentation is structured for engineers, consultants, and facility managers to support long-term building efficiency.
